Louis Dacko hatched from an egg near a small lake in the south of france. As a young duck, coming from a very poor but loving family, Louis had shown a great talent for comedy and acrobatics and was chosen for the world famous “Cirque des-oiseaux” (circus of birds in French) to perform as the main clown in their famous world tour. After traveling with the circus for a period of fifteen years, Louis had a break into the Television Industry in the leading roll as main duck in the world famous series “the goose that laid a golden egg”.
The series only aired one season and was cancelled after a long debate, Louis was blamed by the show's producers for having “too much of a French accent”. Fame had played a harsh trick on Louis, who had left his life at the circus for the TV series that failed. With a broken heart and folded wings, Louis had come to The Happy Friends Farm where he knew no one would ever look down upon him for his appearance, accent or anything else.
On the farm, Louis has the very important roll of managing the pond, making sure there is order as the animals come for their daily wash. When asked, a few years after making the farm his home, Louis claimed that he does not miss the world of acting or the circus but, on special evenings, when the weather is warm and the spirits are high, Louis still likes to impress his friends with a bit of acrobatics or a funny bit of good old clowning. Louis had also proven himself as a wonderful pastry maker and bakes delicious breads and cakes for all the friends and visitors that come to the farm.
A few years ago, Louis had began the task of writing a book of his memories by the name of “Duck-robatics”. The book had not yet been completed as Louis admits he is a much better baker then he is a writer. Louis has a special connection wit Katia Whiskersky, a russian cat that came to live on the farm only two days after him. It is a well known fact to all that had spent more than one day at the farm that Louis and Katia are the loudest among all of the friends on the farm and their arguments have become world known, as well as their close friendship.
