Eto Much is a young pig who was born on the farm. His father, Boardo Mudroll and his mother Roundtale Mudroll called him albert, but since he was little, everyone on the farm calls him by his nick name Eto Much. When albert was only five months old, he ate a whole stack of 50 butter croissants made fresh by the farm's pastry chef Louis Dacko. When Louis came into the kitchen and found out what happened he yelled with his heavy accent “Oh, mon dieu! This pig ate everybody's lunch again, really he should be called eat too much!” and since then, the name Eto Much had stuck and became the only name young Albert will answer to.

Eto is everyones favorite little pig, a happy child, always laughing and ready to play hide and go seek, run around with Toni Barnz and the other animals or, of course, his and Shirlee's favorite game – rolling around in the mud. Everyone in the farm loves to watch them roll around, even Luci Woolson although sometimes she is a little bit annoyed, as she is the one in charge of doing the entire farm's laundry... like everyone on the farm, Eto Much has a very important roll, from a young age Eto had shown a great interest in automobiles and engines and it is his job to be the farm's mechanic. Eto spends many hours every day in the farm's Garage, making sure the tractors, cars and other machines operate well.

In the evenings Eto, who was born on the farm and had never really travelled anywhere, loves to sit with Louis Dacko, Mlka Van Horn, Emilio Gallipoly and all the other animals and guests on the farm, listening to their stories of far away places, dreaming about the day he will travel for a while, only to come back home with a few stories of his own. “I would set out on my travels right now...” he likes to say when asked “but if I do, who will make sure the old tractor has had it's oil change on time? Who will fix Toni's bicycle when the chain falls off? And most importantly, who will make sure the dishwasher runs well? We do make a lot of dishes dirty every day!” a claim to which Freeze-Not, the penguin in charge of doing the dishes answers “well, while you are gone, we will not have so many dirty dishes...” referring to the amounts of food Eto is known for consuming each day. 

A big eater and very fat indeed, but make no mistake, although everyone on the farm likes to taunt Eto Much about his eating habits, they all love him very much and consider him to be one of the most popular members of the Happy Friends Farm family.
